Welcome to Chanticleer Hill Farm, your place in the country. The air is clean and the landscape is always green.

We named our place after Chanticleer, the prized rooster from Chaucer’s Nun’s Priest Tale who, because he is very proud and gullible, allows himself to be captured by a fox which leads to a comedic chase by the farmer, her children, the farm animals and even the bees. The story is so absurd and comical, which is exactly what country life feels like to us.
