- ¼ c Creme Fraiche or Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rum, Brandy or Bourbon your choice
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 4 oz Chopped or Shaved Dark Chocolate Optional
