Garlic Thyme Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1¼ c Yellow Cornmeal
- ¾ c Flour
- 1 c Milk
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- ¼ c Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder (+1 tsp Baking Powder additional)
- ¾ tsp Each Salt & Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 425°
- Oil & Preheat Cast Iron Cornbread Pan in Oven for 5 Minutes.
- Combine Dry Ingredients in Medium Bowl, Sift Well.
- Combine Wet Ingredients in Small Bowl, Mix Well.
- Add Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients and Mix Until Moist.
- Spoon Into Heated Cornbread Pan.
- Bake 12 Minutes.
