Garlic Thyme Cornbread

Ingredients
  

  • c Yellow Cornmeal
  • ¾ c Flour
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • ¼ c Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder (+1 tsp Baking Powder additional)
  • ¾ tsp Each Salt & Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 425°
  • Oil & Preheat Cast Iron Cornbread Pan in Oven for 5 Minutes.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients in Medium Bowl, Sift Well.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients in Small Bowl, Mix Well.
  • Add Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients and Mix Until Moist.
  • Spoon Into Heated Cornbread Pan.
  • Bake 12 Minutes.
