  • Hot & Sweet Mustard-1/4 c brown sugar, 4 oz mustard powder, 1 c apple cider vinegar, 1/4 c honey, 3 lg eggs beaten, beat sugar and mustard, add vinegar and honey, beat and add eggs, heat over med simmering water til reach 160 degree, – too hot will scramble eggs, – cool while whisking
  • Pomegranate Barbeque Sauce
  • Horseradish dressing – steaks and steak salad- 1/2 c sour cream,3 tbsp horseradish,1 tbsp chives,1 tsp honey,1 tsp red wine vinegar, salt & pepper , whisk together
  • Whole grain Honey Mustard-2c mustard seeds (1 c yellow, 1 c brown), 1 1/4 c white wine vinegar, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 6″ cinnamon stick, cover and let flavors meld 24 hours, add 1/4 c honey, rmv cinnamon, add 1 tsp salt and put most in processor, add remainer for rustic feel to the mustard
  • Horseradish Mustard – 1/2 c dijon, 1/4 c sour cream, 3 tbsp horseradish
  • Jalapeno Mustard – 1/2 c dijon, 1-2 tbsp pickled Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • Bourbon Mustard – 1/2 c dijon, 3 tbsp bourbon, combine, let flavors meld together 2-5 hours min
  • Hot Honey Mustard – 1/2 c dijon & 1/4 honey
