This butter serves well with beef, any and all types of beef!! The flavor combination is incredible.
Chive Butter
This butter pairs best with beef, although it also tastes really great on a bagel!!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- ¼ c Shallots finely minced
- 1 tsp Garlic finely minced
- 1 c Softened Unsalted Butter 2 sticks
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 5 tbsp Chives finely minced
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Shallouts and Garlic in Olive Oil Until Soft, Allow to Cool.
- Mix Butter and Shallot Mixture in Bowl, Season with Salt & Pepper.
- Roll Butter Into a Wax Paper Log, Twist Ends and Refrigerate.
